I'm a chartered project professional who has spent years running programmes where the RAID log is the record a steering committee relies on. This is the method I use on my own programmes, written down so you don't have to build it from scratch.

I've delivered technology and change programmes across corporate and non-corporate organisations, working from the delivery team up to steering committee and senior sponsor level.
