Who is responsible

Delivery OS is a trading name of Plexus Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10759112), with its registered office at 320 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, England, WA1 1RG. For privacy questions, contact hello@plexusconsulting.co.uk.

Plexus Consulting Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZA705623.

What we collect

• When you buy: our store provider Payhip shares your name, email address, billing country, company name (if given) and order details with us. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, and we never see your card details.
• When you contact us: what you send us by email.
• If you ask about setup support: what you send us by email.
• If you sign up for the free Rescue Kit or updates: your name and email address.

What we don't collect: the product doesn't send us anything. Your transcripts, RAID logs and AI outputs stay in your own tools.

How we use it, and why

• To deliver your purchase, provide support and updates, and send founding member modules. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To email customers about related Delivery OS products, which is in our legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time, using the link in each email.
• To email people who signed up for the free Rescue Kit or updates, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep business and tax records, where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Payhip (our online store provider, and our reseller for EU VAT), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing, each under its own privacy policy), Microsoft (our email provider) and Netlify (our website host), only as needed to run the service. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, and transfers are made with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records: six years, as required for tax and company records. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: up to two years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@plexusconsulting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
