Terms of sale and licence

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Delivery OS is a trading name of Plexus Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10759112), with its registered office at 320 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, England, WA1 1RG. Contact: hello@plexusconsulting.co.uk.

2. How you buy

You buy the product from Plexus Consulting Ltd. Orders are taken through our online store provider, Payhip, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. For customers in the EU, Payhip acts as our reseller for VAT purposes. These terms cover your licence to use the product, our support, and anything else we provide.

3. What you get

The files and links listed for the tier you buy on our sales page, delivered by download after payment. Individual, Team and Organisation licences of the Full Pack include the Legal sector library as a free gift.

4. Your licence

When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for internal purposes, at the level you bought:

"Organisation" means one legal entity. For Individual and Team licences, you may replace a named person who leaves or changes role, as long as the number of people using the product at any one time stays within your licence.

Within your licence you may:

You may not:

If you're a consultant buying for your own practice, you may use the product on your client engagements, but may not hand the files themselves to clients for their own use.

5. Upgrades and checking use

You can move up a level at any time by paying the difference between the price you paid and the current price of the higher licence. Email us and we'll send an invoice or a checkout link.

If your use grows beyond your licence, you agree to upgrade. If we reasonably believe the product is being used beyond the licence bought, we may ask you to confirm in writing how many people use it, and, if it's more than your licence covers, you agree to pay the difference for the right licence. We'll ask no more than once a year.

6. Ownership

We keep all intellectual property in the product. Your own content, such as your RAID logs, transcripts and the outputs you create, belongs to you.

7. Founding member offer

If you buy any Full Pack licence before 31 January 2027, or before the offer closes after 20 buyers if that comes first, you'll receive every new Delivery OS module we release within 12 months of your purchase, at no extra charge, at the same licence level and under these terms. This covers new modules only. It does not include setup support or other services.

8. Setup support

Setup support is not sold through our store. If you want help setting up, it is agreed and invoiced separately by Plexus Consulting Ltd, under its own terms.

9. Updates and support

We may release improvements to the module you bought and will make them available to you at no charge. We aim to answer support emails within two working days.

10. AI tools and your responsibility

The product works with third-party AI tools that you choose and that are governed by your own agreements with their providers. AI outputs can be wrong. The product is designed so that you review every proposed change before it's recorded, and you remain responsible for your RAID logs, communications and decisions, and for using AI tools in line with your organisation's policies and obligations.

The product is guidance and tooling, not legal, regulatory or professional advice.

11. Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Refunds

See our refund policy.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
